Maverick Environmental Announces Addition of Three New Team Members to Ashtabula Branch

Maverick Environmental is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members to its Ashtabula, Ohio, branch: Daniel Hose, Judy Gephart, and Stephen Forker. The new team members bring extensive experience in heavy equipment service, customer support, crushing and screening, environmental processing, sales, manufacturing, and project management.

The addition of Dan, Judy, and Stephen further strengthens Maverick’s ability to serve customers throughout Ohio and the surrounding markets.

Daniel Hose — Service Manager

Daniel Hose has been appointed Service Manager at Maverick Environmental’s Ashtabula branch, where he will oversee service operations supporting customers throughout the northern half of Ohio across Maverick’s full range of products and services.

Dan brings more than 10 years of heavy equipment service experience, including extensive experience with a major yellow iron equipment dealer. His background provides him with a strong understanding of equipment, service operations, and the demands customers face in the field.

In his new role, Dan will focus on supporting Maverick’s customers and service teams while helping ensure equipment is maintained and serviced efficiently to keep customers' operations moving.

Judy Gephart — Inside Service Writer

To support Dan and Maverick’s growing service operations, the company has also welcomed Judy Gephart as an Inside Service Writer.

Judy will work closely with Maverick’s field crews and inside service teams, helping coordinate service needs and provide support throughout the service process. Known for her exceptional organization and commitment to customer service, Judy will play an important role in helping Maverick deliver a responsive and positive customer experience.

Stephen Forker — Sales

Maverick is also excited to welcome Stephen Forker to its team. Stephen brings more than 30 years of experience in the crushing, screening, and environmental processing equipment industry and is widely respected throughout Ohio for his knowledge and experience in the sector.

Stephen’s experience extends well beyond equipment sales. He has built his career around helping customers understand their operations, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that support long-term business success. His extensive knowledge of crushing, screening, and environmental processing allows him to serve as a true partner to customers—not simply a salesperson.

In addition to his sales experience, Stephen has a background in custom manufacturing and project management, providing him with a broader perspective on equipment applications and complex customer projects.

Stephen is committed to sharing his experience and knowledge with Maverick customers and helping them optimize their material processing operations for greater efficiency and success.
